We have reserved 30 rooms in a fairly new UCL student residence, John Dodgson House, for the three nights of the London meeeting (monday, tuesday, wednesday). They are all single rooms and each has its own internal shower room. Good wheelchair access to all floors. The building is in quiet Bidborough Street, parallel to the Euston Road and just south of the British Library. The price is £37.50 per night, so £112.50 for 3 nights.
If you would like one of these rooms, speak to Michael Edwards at once +44 (0)7813 194401. There may still be some left.
Other suggestions and hotels in the locality
UCL has other buildings where you can make individual researvations and some have double rooms (though not double beds). Details here.
Cheaper is the Generator hostel round the corner, with shared rooms costing from £15 per person per night. Details here.
Equally close is a Youth Hostel, slightly more expensive than the Generator, with shared dorms. Details here.
Grander, but the best value among the many Bloomsbury Hotels, is the Tavistock Hotel, a bit art deco. Double rooms £60-80 per night. Details here and link to a general hotel-search site.

Other possibilities

together with projection facilities, free wi-fi and hack-linux-bsd-computer-lab ... there is also a great Roof terrace ! Contact them by email and explain that youare coming to INURA.
Rampart Creative Social Centre was occupied 3 years ago
and this summer is its third anniversary...
We'll display some maps at the meeting, including.....
Indian vegetarian restaurants in Drummond Street NW1 just west of Euston Station
Great Nepalese Tandoori in Eversholt Street just East of Euston.
Best british beer nearby: The Doric Arch in the bus-station part of Euston Station. The building is a curious architectural offcut/mistake but they have a variety of "real" ales.
French restaurant cheap and good in New Oxford Steet at junction with Museum Street. Claire knows the name.
Utterly different place for lunch: the basment cafeteria of the (Quaker) Friends' Meeting House between the Bartlett and the Euston Road (entrance from the gardens). Utterly wholesome, hushed, no alcohol, vegetarians the norm.
North Sea Fish Bar, Leigh Street - fish and chips UK-style

All those from out of town who have paid for the Inura conference will get from us one of Transport for London's pre-pay Oyster cards, loaded with some money. This enables you to travel for about half the cash price on buses and tubes. When your credit on the card is used up you can replenish it using money at a station or in various other ways - see www.tfl.gov.uk where you can also find the Journey Planner, maps and so on.
